My Philosophy
A personal trainer isn’t just someone who tells you what exercises to do. They’re a holistic wellness coach, an educator, and a partner in your long term health.
I believe strength training changes more than your body. It changes how you show up in the world. It builds confidence, capability, and resilience that carries into every area of your life.
I am deeply passionate about teaching women how to lift well. Because proper training is not just about aesthetics. It is about building real strength, protecting long-term health and independence, and developing self-trust.
Women are done shrinking.
You are allowed to take up space.
You belong in the gym.
My approach integrates functional, evidence-based programming with sustainable lifestyle and nutrition habits designed to fuel you, not restrict. The goal is not quick fixes. The goal is strength, longevity, and a body that supports your life.

My Story
My passion for fitness and weight training started early. As a child, I spent time in a women’s gym where my aunt worked as a personal trainer. I grew up playing sports and felt empowered in the weight room throughout high school.
Then life happened.
Over the years, I lost connection with my body. I struggled with thyroid disease, late-stage Lyme disease and other chronic illness, severe stress and anxiety, body dysmorphia, and binge eating disorder. At one point, I weighed nearly 300 pounds.
Through strength training, nutrition, mindset work, and rebuilding sustainable habits, I lost a significant amount of weight. But more importantly, I regained my health, my confidence, and my self-trust.
Healing was not linear. It was heavy. Somewhere between lifting weights and learning how to nourish myself properly, I found strength in every sense: physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I used to live in an all-or-nothing mindset. Now I understand that real change comes from consistency, discipline, sustainable habits, and self-compassion.
Strength training became my foundation.
Nourishment became my medicine.
Sustainable habits became my superpower.
