Training Policies

These policies are provided for transparency and are included in the Client Onboarding process.
All agreements must be reviewed and acknowledged before training begins.

Cancellation
Agreement

Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate.

No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session.

If I need to cancel a session within 24 hours, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

Exceptions for emergencies may be made at my discretion.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing. 

Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

Package sessions must be paid in full prior to the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

Medical Clearance

If you have any medical conditions, recent injuries, or health concerns that may affect exercise participation, medical clearance from a physician may be required prior to beginning or continuing training. I reserve the right to request medical clearance at any time if deemed necessary for safety.

Session Expiration Policy

Session packages must be used within 10 weeks of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Unused sessions beyond this timeframe are forfeited.
